The delicious tarts have a fluffy-light sponge cake bottom. Mascarpone cream, cherries and almond cream make the Christmas delicacy perfect - visually, as well as tasty! Your guests will be amazed:)

My mascarpone cream with cottage cheese and cream is prepared in a jiffy and tastes wonderfully fresh and wonderfully creamy. The special highlight of the cream is the tonka bean.For the preparation of my mascarpone tartlets, I used several products, such as the tonka bean, the fruit spread with cherries and the soft-melting almond cream.From REWE Fine World

  • Cherry jam z. Eg from REWE Fine World
  • 2 EL Almond Cream z. Eg from REWE Fine World
  • 2 EL maple syrup
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • optionally grated whole milk chocolate z. B. Sao Tome Jewel of REWE Fine World

  • Instructions
    1. Biscuit Bottom
    2. First, make the sponge cake.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
    4. Separate the eggs and beat the yolks together with the sugar, vanilla sugar and 5 tbsp lukewarm water.
    5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and place them under the yolk mixture.
    6. Now fold in the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and the Greek yoghurt and stir in a dough.
    7. Lay out a baking tray with baking paper and grease it with butter.
    8. Place the dough on the baking tray and bake in a preheated ovenThis is best done with a knife dipped in hot water.

    The recipe is enough for 4-6 portions.
